Hi everyboy!


I've searched 2-3 days on google to find a working solution to be able to play 2 player psx games with my girlfriend on our psps without any luck.
There are many topics about this but nothing useable yet so I've decided to open a thread to find a really working solution.

I have a psp 2000 with 5.50 prome-2 cfw what handles IRShell without any troubles (including popsloader and ad-hoc).
My girlfriend has a bright psp 3004 with TA-090 v2 3g and actually with ChickHen R2 + 5.03 Prome-3 on it.

When I've tried to run IRShell 3.9 - 5.0 - on the Prome-3 I've got the alert msg that firmware is not supported.
I've modified the eboot.pbp in a hex editor so now it is opening without the alert message.
When I try to run a game the psp freezes on a blank black screen, leaving only hard reset.

I've found a tutorial and some topics about it is possible to use IRShell on a psp 3004 on CFWEnabler 3.50.
I've booted into the CFWe (eggs->cfwenabler), disabled all the plugins by running CFWenabler again, copied the 5.03 patch for the IRShell to the PSP, applied the patch with a success. Voila I was able to launch ISOs and PSX PBP-s from the shell, but I've got the alert that the actual (5.03) version of popsloader can not handle the Ad-hoc multiplay.
After this I've switched from "flash" to "use popsloader..." in the IRShell Config, tried to launch the psx game, but I've got this error message: "Incorrect PopsLoader Version!" and after I enter any key I've got the following alert message: "Error Loading Application 80020001".

After all these unlucky tries I've tried to check the popsloader version (3.10) from XMB. It worked, the game launched and was playable.

Are there anyone who managed to run IRShell on a psp-3004? Is there any solution to fix the popsloader inside IRShell when it is working in the XMB?
Is there any other solution to play 2 player psx games between 2 psps in ad-hoc?

I've read about Popcorn.prx can solve some problems with the popsloader, how to install it?

Is it possible to install another CFW to the psp-3004 what is compatible with IRShell?



I'm waiting for some serious answers, not like try to use google because since 3 days I'm not doing anything else just googling...
