To do this, you will need:
PMP VLC Don't download the source code
TVUPlayer
A wifi connection
VLC Player (Included in download)
1.5 PSP (Test with other firmwares if you want)
NOTE: You must know your IP Adress, if on windows, go to start menu, run, type in "cmd" and in the command prompt type in "Ipconfig"
Before we start: I will be explaining how to set up the info for the PSP first, then the computer.
Step 1: After you download the zip, unpack it, and open the folder named "PMPVLC009_JockyW" Open the PMP.INI file. Erase all the text and insert this (note: where "X" is, add your IP address):
Step 2. Now, save the PMP.INI file back to the folder "PMPVLC009_JockyW".Originally Posted by Insert this into PMP.INI
Step 3. Add all the .NVO files from the folder "VLC" into "PMPVLC009_JockyW" and "PMPVLC009_JockyW%"
Step 4. Add the file "pmp_server.py" to the root of your memory stick (File found in folder "PMP Server")
Step 5. Add file "Enable VLC" to the PSP/VIDEO Folder of your PSP (You must make the Video Folder, not supposed to be MP_Root, no typo)
Step 6. Add Folders "PMPVLC009_JockyW" and "PMPVLC009_JockyW%" to the PSP/GAME folder of your PSP.
==================================================
Now For the Computer Parts:
TVUPlayer Parts
Step 1. Install TVUPlayer
Step 2. Open it, open any channel
VLC Player Parts
Step 1. Uninstall any former VLC player that may be on your computer.
Step 2. Install the new VLC (Found in VLC Folder of Zip)
Step 3. Create a shortcut for VLC, on windows, right click desktop and go to New, Create Shortcut. Make the target this:
(IMPORTANT NOTE: You may have to change the "D:" part of the code to most likey "C:" but anything is possible based on the number and names of your harddrives. Also, the "\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\" Could be different, depending on your installation choices. Just remember to add the "--extraintf=http " To it."D:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe" --extraintf=http
Step 4. Open VLC, hit File, Open Network Stream.
Step 5. Check The HTTP/HTTPS/FTP/MMS and type: 192.XXX.XXX.XXX:8901
Step 6.Click on Advanced Settings, enable Stream/Save, then click on settings.
You should now get a page like this:
In the "Target" (At the top) add:
Change XXX etc to your IP adress.:sout=#transcode{vcodec=DIV3,vb=400,width=360,heig ht=272,fps=18,acodec=mp3,ab=48,channels=2}:duplica te{dst=std{access=http,mux=ogg,url=192.XXX.XXX.XXX :1234}}
DONT HIT OK YET
Step 7. Open TVUPlayer and select a channel.
Step 8. Now on VLC, hit Ok, ok, you should now see standard VLC with a timer at the bottom left.
=======================================
Back to the PSP!
Step 1. Turn on your PSP
Step 2. Make sure you've set up your wireless network on your PSP
Step 3. Launch the PMP VLC Player Program.
Step 4. Hit right trigger, it should connect/
Step 5. Hit "Select" to enable File Open
Step 6. Click On network Stream.
It should say loading, it may be a minute or two, literally. If it doesn't, try it again, it can take mulitple times to get it going.

It should work, this was done from the readme/memory/brain-ness. Please tell me if you guys have luck with this.
