im new to 3.10 OE-A ( since its my first time using custom fw, my friend upgraded my psp ), is it possible to play psx games in 3.10 OE-A?

if so can anyone point me a tutorial?

is very easy, just put the folder within the eboot.pbp and keys.bin in the game folder.

now if you don't know what it is ? these 2 files are a compression of the playstation game (ISO )

use google and find a psx iso converter called icetea...

check your PM !!

what is the difference between the rared and unrared converted psx game?

yep it can read pal/ntsc but for better game graphics is ntsc better then pal .

rared: you have to use the program winrar to extract the compressed rared files .
unrared: means after you extract the folder/file using winrar back to original size.

no, only for some psp games ,if you enable the USE NO UMD MODE you can play some psp games without a disc.

btw, im gonna ask about homebrew games ( still new about this ), by reading the Ultimate Emulator FAQ, doest it work in 3.10oea? can you suggest me a good emulator that fits well in 3.10oea? ( for SNES, NES, N64, MAME, NeoGeo )

no its safe, always put your homebrew games and emulators in the GAME150 folder and change the kernel at recovery mode to 1.50 ..
