Has anyone got a PAL version of FF9 working yet .... I've managed to get an eboot done .... It runs... goes thru the PS1 boot sequence and then just black screens ....... I tried to go to the link earlier on in the thread about fixing this but it was broken ....

and b thway ff8 still hangs up even if you change the game ID (in 3.03oec) in 3.40oes it works fine

Ive got brokensword 1 and 2 on my psp and briefly played them to check if they work. Ive only had one problem which was on broen sword 1: if you are familiar with the game youll know when your speaking to somebody youlll have some icons which you can click to talk about, some of these get mixed up. Not really a biggy.

Final Fantasy 8 works good with SLPS02180 (Dino Crisis 2 ID). Its a lot less laggy than SLPS01222 (Biohazard 2 ID).

Of course its not perfect:
It crashes when using Zell's Burning Rave limit finisher, but im more than happy to just not use it. It very occasionally crashes when fighting Wendigo's in Dollet Forest.

As for the speed, on the field and in between screens etc it works perfectly. It has a little lag in battle when attacking or drawing magic
, and a lot of lag in the junction menu (the GJ and Magic section). To me the junction menu is still quite usable though, maybe it will become irritating after a while. But i dont know, ive heard people have completed FF8 with the biohazard 2 ID so if they can manage that they can definitely manage this.

Please be as specific as possible if a game don't work. Explain what happens to cause it not to work. Example: The game freezes at intro. Also please check my sig for the bug fixes if the first eboot does not work. Try to remake it

PLEASE don't just say "It works" if you can see the title screen. If it ain't fully playable, from start to finish, it DOESN'T ****ING WORK.

Not saying this to you of course, just to people in general When you say a game works when it really doesn't all you do it waste someone's time, and time is money.

I used alcohol 120% and popstation to put RE2 on my PSP, and so far no problems, but I haven't gotten to RPD yet. Regardless of how you get RE2, it NEVER works past getting to the RPD? If that's true, that sucks. That's one of my ALL TIME favorite games I was looking forward to playing on the PSP. Just my luck...

Is there any chance the games (including this one) not compatible with PSP will be someday? Perhaps with an update of firmware or something smilar? Not being able to play RE2 on my PSP is seriously heartbreaking to me.
