I got custom firmware 3.52 m33-4 and I need help Installing emulators on it. I did what it says on this site and everytime I try to run the emulators it say the game could not be started (80020148) can you help me with this problem...

i got my rom and everything, but when i try to open it up on my psp it says "the game can not be started. the data is corrupted"

any ideas??

i have updated from 2.6 to 1.5 & all seems well -i have put emulator on but it doesnt take iso = is this right??

running 3.71 m33 and installed nester J NES Emu 1.11 on it - icon's there but i get the same errors as others:

game could not be started (80020148). the data is corrupt.

i see others with the issue - any help?

I think the problem was I was using and older Nester. This one worked okay for me and might work for some of the others with the same issue.

so is there a version of firmware that can support a snes and a nes plus a sega emu or will one not work with the other . sorry for the questions but i plan on getting a psp for this sole purpose and maybe a few actual psp title like the new god of war

killerkrayon, i bought a PSP for the sole purpose of modding it too - if you get one of the new slims, be prepared. they can't be downgraded but can run emus off of custom firmware (such as 3.60m33 or 3.71m33) but to do it you need a pandora's battery and a magic memory stick which is made off of a modded "fat" PSP. If you don't know anyone with a modded fat psp or aren't prepared to risk buying a pandora's battery online you won't have much luck running any nes, snes, n64, etc. games on your new PSP. i just went through the whole process msyelf and there's no other way around it.
