Can anyone tell me where to put the ROMS for dgen, I installed it on my psp 1.5 in a folder called Sega using the Kxploit tool but have no idea where to put the roms. I got shinobi 3 and the extension is bin, is this the right file extension?

just put it in the dgen (or what you have apparently named SEGA) folder. dont make a folder for roms.

I followed your instructions and installed a genesis emulator into my psp (dgen), and i put a rom i the folder..however the psp says the game cant be played..why?

I followed your instructions and the emulator i used, dgen shows up in the memory stick menu under games..however when i tried to play it the psp show s an error: the game could not be played(80020130)..can anyone tell me wad's up with it?
