Hello, I have a USA PSP. When I play Japanese games, it forces me to use the O button as the X Button.
Recovery mode doesn't seem to have a option for this specifically, i'm on PSP 3000, 6.60 CFW.

I need to know if it's possible to make it so while I played imported games on my american PSP, the button can be swapped from O back to the USA default, X.
Any method i'll be willing to do, PM me if needed. Thanks.

if you cannot do it ingame, then there is no way to switch it.
The reason why it is reversed is because in japan, that is there default configuration.
So I would suggest starting them and going to options.
    other than that,
I have not found a way to fix it.

WTF?! -___- try going to recovery menu, and look for something labeled "registry hacks" , you'll see an option there.

Are you using CFW?, because if you are, just go to recovery and change "fake region" to Japan.

    EDIT: Make that USA

Yeah, i've set it to fake region USA as well. It still didn't change anything while playing Japanese games on my USA PSP.
Wonder if I could pay someone to make some sort of mod for this lol.
