Can anyone point me in the right direction? I know there's someone out there with at least an unhelpful comment.

Can I install 6.60 PROMOD-B10 (or similar) on a PSP-2001? I have installed it on a PSPgo, but I am getting mixed information about the PSP-2001. Basically, I don't know if the motherboard is still an issue or not. The PSP-2001 is my brother's so I don't want to brick it. Thanks!

First off, use either 6.60PRO-B10 (do not use CIPL Flasher) or 6.60LME-1.8. After that, use thisPSP module checker v3.0 - Downloads - PSPMOD.com - PSP Forum, Hack PSP, PSV Hacks, PS Vita Hack, PSVita and tell us what motherboard your Slim has

El Guapo,
Thank you very much for the reply. I think I will try 6.60PRO-B10 and I will definitely stay away from CIPL Flasher. I am not really interested in making the cfw permanent, so is there anything I need to worry about? Either way, I will still use the module checker and post the mobo like you suggested. Thanks again!
As long as your Slim does not have a TA-088v3 mobo, it is safe to install "full" CFW (CIPL Flasher or 6.60ME-1.8).
