Need help removing 6.60 ME 1.8 (permanent)!

I know guys, i'm posting a lot of questions. But! I would like to remove the 6.60 ME 1.8 hack (permanent) so I'm able to have a clean PSP with no CFW on it.

ME cfw was very glitchy for me so I would rather recommend downgrading (which I've done 4 times (6.60>6.20, 6.39>6.35, 6,35>6.20)) on both a 2000 and 3000 and I (and nobody else) has ever posted that it bricked, uninstalling ME CFW means modifying vshmain.prx (VERY RISKY), so downgrade then upgrade (and for next time i would recommend PRO CFW)
