I'm trying to play Monster Hunter Freedom Unite on my PSP and PS Vita together using Ad-Hoc but for some reason it just does not work.
Both have Ad-Hox Channel set to Automatic (I also tried every other channel) both join room 1. On the PS Vita I can see the PSP player join and he is in the room. On the PSP I do not see the PS Vita player at all. Sometimes I can get the PS Vita player to appear in the Character List on the PSP but the player is invisable and still does not work.

If anyone has any adivce to fix the issue it would be great.

    PSP 1001 Firmware - 6.60
    PS Vita Firmware - 1.81

Monster Hunter Freedom Unite was downloaded on my PS3 and copied to both handhelds.

    **EDIT** I have also tried 6.60 me 1.8, 6.60 Pro 9B, 10B and C Firmwares.

    **SOLVED**
Well I finally fixed my issue. I ended up making a Pandora Battery and booting into DCv8 then going to IDStorage. Once in IDStorage I set my region to America and ran the Fix MAC Address. I did all of this on a PSP 1001 running 6.60 me 1.8.

Both have been download from the Playstation Store. I have also tried a UMD and 3 different ISOs on the PSP still nothing worked.

    I want to try this:
Installing Despertar del Cementerio v8 - Full Nand/IDstorage Recovery but I'm not sure what Firmware to use and ect but it looks like that will fix my issue.

thats just to get custom firmware whitch you seem to have.and the nand and idstorage wouldnt be your issue as your psps in working order.its something else.now if your not updated to the latest cfw i recommend doing that and get 6.60 me 1.8 thats the cfw you want to be on regardless its the most compatiable
