    I have psp 1006 and running 3.80 m33-5
It has been too long from the last time I used psp then when I opened it . I tried to play a game to be accurate Yu Gi Oh-GX tag force 1 but it doesn't open saying " The game could not be started (80020148) " Note : It was opening before that
    I tried many solutions
    Formating flash 1
using programes like iso tool etc.
also tried updating to 5.50 gen d3 but psp shutdown while updating

Try to update to 6.60 (Latest Sony Firmware). Once on 6.60, use this: 6.60ME-1.8 (OFW Version) - Downloads - PSPMOD.com - PSP / PS Vita Forums, to install the latest CFW
