Firmware 3.70 out now for the fat and slim psp.
Sony has just released firmware 3.70 for the psp you can get the update for the PSP-1001 from HERE. Although if you love homebrew you will not upgrade to this firmware as nobody knows it can be downgraded yet but might be possible with pandora on the fat only cause there is no way of downgrading the slim. (If anyone manages to downgrade this with pandora please post it so that the whole pspmod community can know the info as well.)
With this release from Sony the M33 team will definitely make short work of this firmware and you will be seeing a CFW 3.70 M33 sooner than you think.
Here are the change log via QJ Quote:
-You can now set custom themes in [Theme Settings] under [Settings].
-Support has been added for assigning buttons in [Remote Play].
-A scene search feature has been added under [Video].
-Sequential playback is now supported under [Video].
-Simultaneous playback of content under [Music] and [Photo] is now supported.
Network
(Remote play) [the button to allot to the menu] it added.
1000 series: PSP "of Portable TV" (R) "[pureisuteshiyon] portable" for attendant upon the end of image download service, the P-TV idea contest was deleted. Details this (P-TV | ãŠçŸ¥ã‚‰ã›) viewing.
Television
2000 series: [It corresponded to data broadcast with [wansegu]].
2000 series: Even in the television which does not correspond to progressive image output system, when viewing [wansegu] broadcast, it reached the point where the picture can be output.
It can output to just the television which corresponds to progressive image output system with state when purchasing.
Video
It reached the point where it can play back the animated picture which is retained in the memory stick duo continually.
Using “VAIO Mobile TV Ver.5.0,” it reached the point where it can play back the animated picture file of [wansegu] which is retained in the memory stick duo.

lol.. yaboy has a point. with a name like master hacker, you should make quick work of this.
This is how i hack... i wait until a tried and trued flaw free custom firmware has been released. i then download it and stick it on my psp...
then.. when someone makes a cool theme, i download it and stick it on my psp..
and because im such a mad hacker, im going to wait until someone hacks the psp slim, and comes out with custom firmware that will work on it, then ill go out and buy one, and stick it on my psp.
