Daxter serves over 2 million PSP owners
Daxter on the PSP has now sold over 2 million copies worldwide since its release. Ready at Dawn comment that the bar has been set and they're about to raise it with God of War: Chains of Olympus as this is set to do even better. Quote:
It has been widely recognized as the best PSP game of 2006, bundled with new PSPs twice already (once with the new ceramic white PSPs in Europe and once with the new silver Slim PSPs, the best selling entertainment pack by a wide margin). All added together, the game has now sold over 2 million copies worldwide since it’s release.
Daxter has been an incredible success for us, especially considering it was our very first game as a company. We can only look forward to God of War: Chains of Olympus doing even better. The bar has been set and we’re just about to raise it!

I actually liked Daxter. I thought it was a fun game. It is really good for younger people and people new to games.

I could never get into it. I turned it off in the middle of the games first cutscene, hadn't even started playing yet. |

I actually ended up just selling mine to a friend at school. He loves those games. I was all for the family guy, just not the daxter. |

Eh, the first game I popped into my PSP was Silent Hill Origins. I bought it 2 or 3 days before Christmas because I already knew I was getting one :P
Daxter I didn't give much a chance. I suppose I could get into it, just not 100% sure if it is something I'd like.
Looked too childish for me. |
