Europe gets Patapon, at three times the price of the US version
The guys from 'Journal du Gamer' a French game website mailed in to let us know about the huge difference in price for Patapon in Europe compared to USA. In the USA, the game costs just $20 but in Europe its nearly three times that at 40 Euro's (about $60 USD).

And thats why i hate this continent
whenever i go to the USA i stock up on things like Video Games, Software, etc... This place is way too pricy. Americans have it easy with prices lol

Loool, even with the shitty US dollar it's more expensive. :P Seriously, how much does it cost to ship from USA to UK? I would guess it's less than the difference in prices!

Although this is true, it all works itself out. As the wages here in the Uk are higher than that in the USA etc.

yeah you can't just look at price, you have to look at average income too.
IF U.S. makes average $8 an hour and we buy "X" product for $8 it's worth an hour's work.
If Europe makes average of $16 an hour and buys "X" product for $16 we have both paid the same price.

I disagree, imo, no matter what your wages are, you should pay the same price for a product, and someone should not get it in a different country a lot dearer/cheaper.
Might be because of VAT here in the UK that bumps the price up a bit, right now its 17.5%. I know in the US they have federal and state tax, how do they compare with VAT?
