I wouldn't mind having this personally. 16GB internal memory no UMD drive yay for that. Bluetooth hurray for that. I like how it slides up mainly. I hate how my hands are on the side of the psp and next thing ya know I got fingerprints on the screen. And actually the M2 cards are not that expensive I have actually found some cheaper than the current DUOs. I just hope SONY gets off their bums and start making more DLC. With no UMD can't play old PSP games. And I'm pretty sure chickHEN will work on it since they say its almost no different from PSP3000. |

i wont be getting a PSPgo to small for my hands.. i am very very happy with my psp already, i feel this is waste of money. and to me looks like something that can break easy.. i bet we will have lots of complaints about the screen coming off the hinges after a few uses of sliding the screen up etc.. why cant sony just make a whole new psp instead of just looks for upgrade..yes the 16gb internal is great but so what get that in a memory card if need be.. and i think the go will be hard to be cracked... i think they way this system will work is the games you download to play will only work with that system...
also why get a system that will not play any games you already have... psp games are not cheap so think of the folks who just got a psp for the first time and now here about this... i think the go will be a failure and i think sony knows it also..... just a way to get a few bucks....
just my own thoughts... |

i like the look of the two analog one because shooter games and games that require 2 will be alot smoother but my question isnt if these are real or fake its.
if there is no UMD drive um how will we the public buy games?
what is sony gonna sell us ISOs on a memory stick? |

More or less, yes. It's all going to be downloads from the PSN or maybe there will be some special setup in select stores where you can buy games without an internet connection and get them loaded onto your PSP.

There is no way in hell that will be be hacked as sony will have designed it specifically with anti hackin features built in. Like they did the PS3, its brand new hardware. The PSP 3000 isnt brand new, its an old psp but with slighly modified board. The PSPgo is a new machine.
I bloody hope im wrong tho as this place will be full of people saying "ive just bought a psp go, why cant i play homebrew? :-( " |

Well hopefully by the time it comes out Sony gets their butt in gear and put up more PSOne Classics and figure out a way for old UMD Games to work on PSPGo or have trade in for the Digital Copies. |

Plan: Buy a go, leave it in the box, wait for a crack.
I'm happy with my PSP-2001. If the Go is actually a huge improvement then I might look into getting one; otherwise I'll be content on keeping my current PSP. |

Engadget Japan contacted Sony Computer Entertainment to clarify the issue and they said that the maximum clock frequency mentioned in the report is for the USB Device, not the CPU speed. So I guess the PSP Go will still clock at the usual speed as the other PSP siblings at 333MHz. Oh well.

Even i was expecting a second analog stik. so that its controls would become like ps2. the slide form might get loose in the hand of a person like me. cause i play tooo much. and moreover what will i do with my dozens of umds? but still the bluetooth and 16gb memory is get too good |
