And the 160GB drives in the iPod Classic are hard drives, not flash drives which is what's inside the iPod Shuffle, iPod Nano, iPod Touch and iPhone. Flash memory is more expensive than hard drives, hence, you can't really compare the two...
As for the Memory Stick Pro Duo, from what I know, the spec is limited to 32GB. But yeah, there's pretty much no limit to how high flash memory, itself, can go.

i'm gonna get it from a store, ebay is great for a lot ofthings , but its hard to tell whether the item you're getting is a fake or if the seller has no clue what the hell they have, at least a store you can return it
