ive heard all sites that charge you (like pspblender) are fake

but sites like pspiso.com and psphq.co.uk are not fake

psphq.co.uk will make you pay for like xbox 360 downloads but psp apps games psx games etc are free (i know cuz ive got account on it)

Knowing what sites are safe would be great. All the time there are new people to the scene and don't know what to do or where to go; and with a list of bad sites how would they know which are good?

1. All of these sites listed all are aiming at common consumers (people who own a non-modded PSP) so this is obviously impossible and false...
2. Why would Sony let these companies give you games for almost 3 dollars cheaper than an original game for as many games as you want?
