is there anyway 2 make a fake memory stick genuine.. i have 4gb sony magicgate (fake)..plz tell me if i can put sum kida files in it 2 make it genuine or legit coz wheni put games on my MS it wont appear ...den i hav 2 replace it still wwont appear and den i hav 2 delete a game dat was previously in da MS..its a pain:'(can u please help me with disany ways da game wont save it says curropted but atleast i wana play da games i hav plz tell me a way 2 do it thnx bye...

first learn to type.
If its fake and something doesnt work theres usually no way to fix it. If games dont show up then you are stuck. Such is the life of a fake memory stick.

No it works, and sometimes it even has more memory than the original. But the transfer speed is always slower.

Fake memory cards are just like normal memory cards. Just that they pasted a fake Sony and MagicGate logo on it.

Think it as a fake Nike or fake Adidas. Does everything the original can, but the quality isn't as great. And yeah, fake cards don't support magic gate, thus the slow-ness and incompatibility with some games.

Might even give trouble and slow down the loading speed ...

I bought a fake 8gb stick from a vendor in Kuwait.

All I did was stick in my laptop's memory card slot and format it. I had to do a few tweaks to it to get it to format right, but I finally did and it works fine.

Before (and everyone else who bought one) movies wouldn't even work on it, much less ISOs. Ever since then, it's worked like a charm.

Sorry I can't remember the exact details of what I did. But at least I'm here to prove that it is possible and I did get a Fake Memory Stick to work correctly using just the tools already installed on Vista.
