well i bought something from DotConsole.com awhile but it hasn't shiped yet but when i try to cancel the order it wont let me and it already charged my credit card in less than 2 mins of my purchase...

25 but i really needed that money.. i should have bouth it from decalgirl i knew this site looked funny... well.. hopefully i get my money back or i get my order back EDIT: I called there "asses" they said it should be here by tommorow i hope it really is...

If you cant get it back just contact your bank and if you have protection thn they should carry out an investigation

When the bill comes give your credit card company a call and dispute the charge. Tell them what happened and they will take care of it. I had to do it once before, they dont mind at all.

i would say that the site is legit, but it just seems to have very poor customer service and takes too long to process anything.
the phone number
858-864-3029 gets far more search results then the name.

it looks like it will take about a month to get your product. More then likely its just some guy selling things out of his basement. he gets your order, then places his order with his contact, because hes cheap, he doesnt use overnight shipping services, so when he finally gets it two weeks later, he sends it out.

I got my money back they lied to me i called them and they said they shipped it i should have recieved it by thursday didn't.... So i called him a thousand time and he said ill get my refund... Obviously he didn't ship it... so i dont think i will ever be going back to these guys and the customer service is garbage its two guys sitting next to each and one guy goes wait till i transfer you over. Then he hands him the phone c'mon..
