Default dealextreme batteries

hi, today i received my 3 psp slim batteries from dealextreme, 14 days waiting, anyway, i put one of the batteries onto the psp and i charged it for about 3 hours, and it doesn't work, it doesn't even turn the psp on, it's a 2400mah batterie, suppose to be, and my psp charger it's original, but on the back of the charger it says that the output is 2000mah, does this mean something?, if i got scammed, well, i wont return them the batteries, i'll loose more money returning the damn batteries to hong kong, i spend $15 usd. on those 3 batteries , well........at least i learned something,

{buying cheaper can be more expensive than what you think}

Umm...2-3 hours for me. They worked fine.
And I'm not sure if they charge return shipping or not for faulty items.

I also use fat batteries...
