Ebay will not pull the auction, as it is not haz\ardous or offensive. There is also no real copyrights on what is being sold, and noone is losing any money from the sale of this item. It is however, totally uneithical. As for asking a question, seller has to select a thing to make questions visible, so that won't inform anyone. If anyone is that stupid then they deserve to be ripped off. Theres no way we can stop it from happening. | |

Well you did try, but Ebay don't really care too much incase its something really dodgy, like trying to sell you dead gran's hand or something. I reported a few items (fake copies of san andreas for PC, literally the download file from bittorrent burned on a DVD) and they didnt bat an eyelash. | |

i do it when i find real guns on ebay in the airsoft section. thats beyond illegal. ive seen forgein sellers directly copy alienware ebay ads and try to sell the without even having the computers. its funny since the ad with the real computer is like 3 ads above the fake ones lol

in my country, there is a page like ebay, and if you type psp you'll get all these things like "cd with devhook and x number of psp rip games" or "mph+devhook+usb+eloader+gta+100 psp games" ...
thats real psp illegal merchandising... real...
but i have 2.6 so only bought 1gig and usb .
really, som1 @ ebay has to detect the psp scams...
have a nice day!
dont forgot that this isnt the first time it happens and wnt be the last.
