3.03OE-A'(2) ps1 games

I have a 3.03OE-A'(2) psp and i am running a few ps1 game one is diablo and i wanted to know is there any way of harming my psp when playing a ps1 game or saving a game or loading the saved game? and where does the ps1 gmaesave to the flash or the memory stick because there is a game save file for the ps1 game i saved under the game data section on my psp.

it saves to the same place as the umd saves. theres no way to harm the psp while using ps1 games
