There are guides that tell you what firmware each letter is. Do a search. And no 3.03 OE-C won't let you update to 3.11...updating to 3.11 is THE STUPIDEST THING YOU COULD EVER DO. Now dont forget that =)

omfg. no you guys dont understand. That download right there if for a "value pack" It includes game demoes, videos and wallpapers for the psp. im asking if you can DOWNLOAD that and USE IT on a 3.03OEC psp.

Its quite alright. I could of sworn I posted the right link. I must have clicked something then copy and pasted it. So it wont work on 3.03?
