Custom coldboot without UMD autostart

i was wondering if there is a way to get rid of UMD auto start without getting rid of the cold boot?

i used to have paretanl lock set to 000 so that it wouldent start but when i got custom firmware i got rid of cold boot. but i whant cold boot because of brittany's cool custom cold boots if anyone knows a way id love to hear it.
