Loss of Features with custom FW?

I was wondering, with all the new versions the functions of the psp have expanded greatly since their initial release the first time I bought one. I am fairly new to custom firmware, so I was wondering if these custom versions include all the features that say...3.1 of the official FW includes. Meaning the web browser updates, and updated support for different video formats...

oh yeah the custom firmwares include everything the original firmware has and they let you play homebrew and psx games without having a ps3.

wahahahah.aside from that you could also modify your psp more.just look at my signature.youll see that my xmb is far advanced than a non custom fw......
