    ok i needed to know how to change the 3.40 oe-a to 3.10 oe-a.
    I absolutely hate 3.40 it doesnt loaded crap.
    Black PSP 1.5
    GTA: LCS, Ridge Racer, Dynasty Warriors
    And most importantly ROM DOWNLOADER
    and my beautiful Xbox with xecuter 3 ce chip

    umm.. thats a cinda noobish problem.. it works for eberybody else. anyway just run the easy installer from the xmb
