PSP and PS3 connection

Since we can stream the ps3's picture to the psp and control it via the ps3, would it be possible to stream the psp's picture to the ps3 and control it via the ps3 with future updates to the psp and ps3.

I am not good with Hardware stuff but as far as I can see. The PSP hardware is not capable of running High resolution graphics. So even if it's possible to control it, showing the PSP screen on your TV would be like you know stretching you avatar for a Desktop wallpaper.

Anyway why would you need to control the mobile device from the non-mobile one.
