New memory card with 3.40 oe

Hi i recently loaded up 3.40 oe on my 512mb stick, i recently ordered a 4gb one and when i insert it, the psp still says its 3.40 oe firmware however when i explore the stick it there are no folders, how do i run iso games off this stick?

Do i just need to add in the required folders or do i need to reinstall 3.40 oe on this card?

Is there a limit to how many games i can put on it, because i loaded both street soccer 07 and nhl07 into the iso folder but only the soccer game shows?
