Ok, i am making this thread to help a huge number of users who are going to kill themselves soon because of this error message: The game could not be started (80010002) - (80020148). Here is how to fix it step by step:
1) Convert your iso file to a cso using a converter (Search for "iso to cso" at google, and click any of the first links)
2) Make sure the cso file is placedat the ISO folder on your psp
-------These steps only for OE-A firmwire users---------
3) Turn off the psp completely (Hold the power off switch for some secs)
4) Press "R" button on your psp and turn on the power
5) You should now be at recovery menu
Go at Configuration-> Use NO-UMD (should be disabled)
Now from the main menu Go aat Advanced -> Advanced configuration -> (everything here should be disabled)
6) Select Exit to go to the psp menu
--------------------------------------------------------------
7) Make sure you have a GAME (not Music, Video, Photo or whatever) UMD inserted
7) Run the game and ENJOY (at last)
-----------REPORT ANY PROBLEMS HERE----------
Techinique worked to me and to 100000000 more users
Sorry about any spelling errors

I just tried it and it worked for my games. Thanks so much...but the only downfall is everytime the game tries to load the PSP chime(PSP white screen and rainbow colors right before you play a UMD) flashes for a couple seconds. Is this weird or have you seen this before?
