3.51 M33 Update 7

Anyone out there using update 7. I updated the other day. Seemed to be fine untill i went to access the internet and it locks my psp everytime.

I did read the readme and it said :

* An option has been added to recovery, "Hard Reset on 1.50 homebrew". Use this, only if the wifi
fix doesn't work with your psp still. It makes homebrew boot a bit slower.

Wasnt sure if this would stop the psp from locking up when i attempt to connect wifi. Didnt want to try cause it said would slow up homebrew

Anyone have the same problem and resolved by running Hard Reset

no it only slows up homebrew launch cos it resets ther 1.5 kernel prior to running the game

It would only make homebrew slower if you enabled hard reset.. The update itself doesn't make homebrew slower.

What kind of bugs dose it have?

well i went from 7 right back to 6. The only bug i found was that when i go to connect to wireless it locks up the psp. Other than that, i found nothing wrong. hope 8 fixes that. anyone else have same problem?

Not for me. Put it on two units and didn't experience that problem with either.

hmm. Yea on mine soon as i selected browser it locked right up. Then went to network settings to see if that would connect and it too locked it up.. Interesting. Maybe if i reinstalled the patch it would work, but since 6 seems to be doing fine i will prob just wait for 8

Im on 3.51m33-7 and it works great, I have the T-082 mobo aswell, no internet problems or anything.

must have just been a bad install of update. I went back to Update 7 today and no problems anymore
