Using other flash0 files from other people can lead to a brick sometimes, downgrade to 1.50 via recovery menu.

Actually, I have a problem getting Pandora to work myself. Now my PSP downgraded just fine from 2.81 i Upgraded to 3.03 and used the GTA:LCS exploit to downgrade to 1.5 then up to 3.4OE-A and I'm running my firmware in such a way I can switch between 3.4OE-A's Standard shell and IRSHELL. However, I've got a friend that wants me to downgrade his PSP to 1.5 but he has firmware 3.51. To my knowledge Pandora is the only way to do this. Great, so I downloaded pandora from dl.qj.net and installed as per instructions, aside from the part where it comes to running msipl. The msipl.bin file gets made, but there's not msipl program to run as per the instructions. I've tried running the install program that generates msipl.bin again afterwards then following the rest of the directions, and when I write the EEPROM to the battery then put the memory stick in the target psp and try to boot with the jigkick battery. The result: green light turns on the moment the battery is inserted, but the PSP does not appear to boot. The power switch does nothing and I can't get any video. I've also tried the automatic memory stick maker and nothing. I'm of course able to restore his battery with the battery maker so that he can use his PSP, but he really would like to be running 1.5. What am I doing wrong, and how can I fix it? Any Ideas?
