have you looked on my video i have posted, im sure your problem will be sorted out if you followed it, and i am online if you have any problems with it

EDIT: just looked at you screen dump, msinst should be dragged and dropped from you computer (desktop), then put in a space, then the drive letter that represents your psp, then another space. Then go to your psp mem card drag and drop that msipl.bin to the cmd screen, press enter

    that should be it.

I used the file that I got from here " psp-news.dcemu.co.uk " but I will use your today but I must download after this, first I format from window by connect PSP and choose format " FAT " , when it done, I re-format by using mspformat from the package so what did I miss, thanks in advance.

OK, I got your memstick file, tell me how do I use it, I'm assuming that format my memory card and drop your files into my memory and start msinst.exe ?, thanks again.

the way i show in the video is different to creating a .bat file, you open the cmd box drag and drop mspformat into it, put a space, then put the drive letter that correspondes to ur psp (G,H,J e.tc) then press enter

im on msn and your more than welcome to add me, but please go through the video first, i made the video so i do not have to guide anyone, i will just correct people

You need to place the msipl.bin into C:\Documents And Settings\Your Username\ (where msinst.exe should be as well)

Run a new command prompt and type "msinst x msipl.bin" without quotes.

x referring to the letter of the psp drive.
