Question about GAME150 folder

I upgraded from the 1.50 firmware to 3.52 M33, now I intend to install updates 3 and 4. I am trying to follow the information here /forums/custom-firmware/19101-psp-3-52-m33-installation.html

it says to extract the files to the GAME150 folder, although I dont seem to have a GAME 150 folder. Also, is this all I need to do, just put files there and its updated?

One last thing, what does the POPSLOADER do?

you dont have to do the -3 update just do the 4 update and it will update everything yo need.. and if you dont have a game150 folder then make one and if it wont work in that one then make a GAME folder and put in that one and pspsloader lets you play PS1 games on your psp

popsloader plays psx games. You can convert psx disc images into eboots via popstation. To get the game 150 folder you can either reformat your memorystick, thus creating the folder layout again, or just make one yourself in the right place. You put the eboot in the game150 folder then run the program from the psp's game menu.

Extracting the files to the GAME150 folder (the reformat made it appear) would mean putting the psp and seplugins folders in the GAME150 folder, is this what im supposed to do?

Then do I need to run something, I am not finding anything but corrupt icons under games on the memory stick.

Eh? Your seplugins should be in the root of your ms(NOT mp_root--that is for your mp4s), alongside your other folder: ISO, MUSIC, VIDEO, PSP...
And you should see an icon with a calender under games in your memory stick.
You should just place the folder "M33Update4" in the GAME150 folder... and you should see it.

Go to system settings then down to formate memory stick, this will wipe everything from your memory card and format it.
