For LCS CheatDevice to work on 3.40 OE-A you will have to run Devhook so you can emulate 2.71 Firmware(I think it was the last firmware it supported)

09-17-2007, 05:52 AM GTA cheat device only supports up to 3.03oe firmware. If you try and use it on anything higher than 3.03oe it will lockup your psp. Just use cwcheats it works with all custom firmware.
09-17-2007, 05:56 AM It WILL work.I used it last week on my M33 3.52-4.Just get the easy installer for Devhook 0.46 from psp-hacks and then follow the readme that comes with LCS CheatDevice.
09-17-2007, 06:02 AM Yeah but why would you want to install devhook which is far more complicated and it takes up to 20mb of card space while you can install cwcheats that does the same thing and only take 1mb of space???
Plus if you are playing GTA iso on devhook it lags like crazy.

I mean your right it's kind of useless but I was on a 7 hour drive and got bored.
