As far as I know this is correct.There is a 3.11 Homebrew Enabler/Downgrader but you need Lumines.

09-17-2007, 12:33 AM lumines is very hard ti find now. lumines 2 is easy but not the regular lumines.
i recomend you get a pandora's battery becasue you can downgrade any psp.
people are selling pandora's battery just look it up on google. i believe i saw one for about $15 and one for $10 on ebay
