Hi everybody. I got my magic ms and pandoras battery from a friend today and after installing custom firmware I was trying out some homebrew. Then I formatted my ms because I had to use my magic ms for another purpose. I followed the noob guide on how to make the magic ms but it doesn't seem to work anymore. I put the stick in, then the pandoras battery and my psp just sits there with the power, wifi and memstick LED's on, doing nothing. I tried again to put the magic back in my ms but I get the same result.

would i be right in saying that, you will have to put the battery into its normal state, then program it to a pandoras battery again with the memory stick, because if you havent restored it to a normal battery then its linked with two different magic memory sticks.

Thats probably the issue, I didn't know that the stick is linked to the battery. Thanks, Ill try that.

The real issue might be because my pandoras battery was below 70%. I'm charging it now.

It's not supposed to be linked to the battery. Supposedly, Pandora batteries and memory sticks are interchangeable. That's why Datel's orange Tool batteries work.
-> still can't figure out why

I heard that the pandoras battery is just a battery with a serial number of xFFFFFF (or something like that).

It looks like the problem is still getting the magic back in the stick. I'll continue tomorrow.
