    so i want to play some games without use of umd, run some emulators? im a noooob at it so was wondering if there is a faq or a help guide availible here?

    if you have a look through the forum you will see loads of fag's and guide on these thing, most of them are stickied.
    but im not going to go searching for you.
    have a look at the stickies in the emulation board.

    thanks, of course you shoulden't search for me, but are you 100% sure i can run games and emus on it?

    Games, Iso's, Psx games, yes.

    1.50 homebrew will not work.

    what's 1.50 homebrew then? emus etc?
    and if so, any known plans to make them work in the near future? thanks for the answer guys been at this all day

    No, 1.50 homebrew.. Some emulators are, some aren't.

    tried to get a game to work 3 actually all of them gave me the same: game could not be started pic below, sorry for no preview:

    any thoughts on this?

    Ok i got it to work so im tellings this for those that also have problems getting it to start: start upp psp hold the R button for recovery settings change umd mode to M33, and presto it works =)

    if you have any problems with any iso's, switch to the sony No-UMD driver. One emulator i suggest you get is gpSP, the gameboy advance emulator. You can play gba roms at full speed really easily with it. Its easy to use so it will help you get used to homebrew and stuff if you are a noob.

    Now I am confused

    I have downloaded and installed all required files to the MS. Run the Eboot and it reports "This program requires 3.52 M33-3 or higher". I checked and I have 3.52 M33-4 installed.

    What's going on

    the emulator did however not work, and i transfered it to the game150folder both the 3.x folder an the other one, just said corropted data on the psp
