yes you can, but you cannot create it yourself, you need a modded psp.

fist off all do you have a PANDORA BATTERY and MAGIC STICk. if so then you can. but if the answer to both question is NO then you need the following..

Seach google.
Have a good buddy that has a CFW on their PSP ALREADy.
Read TONS of THREAD
Download crap load of files.
Read some more for atleast an entire day. till something click

then viola .. your halfway there.


if all that FAILS

PAY or send YOUR PSP to somebody that can PUT A CFW on your psp and then you can create your own PANDORA and MAGIC STICK..
