No you can't directly downgrade to 3.50 from 3.52 M33-4.You will have to update from 1.50 to 3.50 if you want to downgrade using Lumines.

Well I was just wondering if i downgrade tro 1.5 then upgrade to cfw lets say 3.52 m33-4. Since its custom firmware the psp doesnt read it as regular firmware correct? So if my theory is correct while on custom firmware i can upgrade/downgrade to 3.50 and then do the lumines downgrade again?

Yes pandora is the only way to unbrick psp unless you have what sony has but no one knows what that is.
