Ok Pandora is complete..... now what? (slim related)

Ok I just finished the Pandora hard mod (removing the 5 pin) using the guide (making a Pandora with out a Phat)

And it was a real b1tch!!! I used a needle and stuck some tape around the other pins and pulled the pin off--- Whew! it took me about an hour to sum up the balls to do and not short out the battery....

plugged in the psp, put in the bat and it started charging - checked it by removing the mem stick, unplugging it and i got a green light.

now the next steps, I just want to noob proof this part.
another boardie mentioned using despertar comentario v3 - what is this and what do i need going into this?

I have no magic MS
and i have no files to work with at this time
DO I NEED A MEMORY CARD READER?

help with the next couple steps would be greatly appreciated.
