no i dont think you need to downgrade, it might be the programs

12-23-2007, 01:31 PM I have a PSP with 3.73 (done by someone else), when I was trying to backup a game, I realized I needed a software to do so.
I tried 5 different programs to do this and everytime I would copy them via the instructions, the files would be corrupt. No program loaded properly.
Do I need to downgrade from this version?

12-23-2007, 02:24 PM you are on official firmware yeah? If so to backup properly, downgrade to 1.5 then upgrade to custom firmware using a pandoras battery - cfw is mnuch better than ofw
