    Ok....i know you pros really hate repeating yourselves for us noob....but under all of the threads i see, noneof them put it simply or even at all.... how can i (1) upgrade from 3.71 m33 to 3.80 m33,(2) fix the lag in my games and also (3)fix the memory card problem.

    I must also note that i do not have a Pandora or a MMS and i don't have the means of obtaining either...

    You download two things.

    3.80 update
    3.80M33

    place into PSP/GAME/UPDATE/

    Dark Alex has the 380m33 on his site. dl.qj.net has the 380 OFW. I can't link you cause i'm a noob.

    Which is why i'm here:
    Once you have those files in the UPDATE folder, what next?
