Thank you in advance for helping me with this.

#1. Once you have downloaded and extracted the files, go to the 3.52m33 folder. Inside you will see another folder called 1.50 ONLY. open it and you will see two folders: kxploitpatcher and kxploitpatcher%. Left click a blank spot on the page, and while holding the button, drag it over both files so they are highlighted. Next, right click the highlighted files and select COPY.

#2. Start the USB connection, navigate to the REMOVABLE DISK, click PSP, then click GAME. Right click on a blank spot in the screen and select PASTE.

#3. Exit the USB connection, and go to the GAME menu. Click MEMORY STICK, then click the Kxploit Permanent Patcher to start.

#4. Once it has finished, it will tell you to press X to shut down your psp, press X.

when I press x I get 'The game could not be started' (8002014c)

Thank all the people who have given instructions to 'dumbasses' like myself. I got my 2.0 to 3.4 because of your help.

put these folders kxploitpatcher and kxploitpatcher% in game folder if that doesn't work put them in game 150 folder but I'm not sure but I think you only need that step if your going from 1.5 to 3.52m33.
Here is the tutorial I found.

I don't have a GAME150 folder. When I rename my GAME folder to GAME150 and put the files in there the PSP dosen't even recognize them. When I leave the GAME folder as is and make a new folder called GAME150 and put the 2 files in there instead and run Kxploit the screen turns black and in white letters it says 'This application does not apply to this firmware'. I checked the firmware and it is 3.40. I'm a noob and all but I'm really good at following instructions and I've done everything right. If someone knows what is wrong please lend me a hand. Thank you in advance.

Okay found out the reason I did not have a GAME150 folder. After I upgraded to 3.40 I needed to format my card. I did that and put the 2 folders in the GAME, GAME150, AND GAME340 folders and still got the error message 'this game could not be started'. I can't even play .Iso's or converted umd movies om my 3.40 which it seems like you are supposed to. I shows the game or movie in question on the memory stick but when I press x it just says 'this game/movie could not be strated'. I'm really frustrated. I'm gonna put the files in all 3 game folders and see what happens. Sigh. Please help me someone. I cleared all temp internet file/cookies/and cache off my comp as well.

Look, this is what you have to do if you are on 3.40OE. Do not run the kxploit patcher just put the M33UPDATE folder in the game folder and put the sony eboots in there appropriate places. Then turn off your psp all the way by holding the power button up for a few second. Then turn your psp back on while holding the R-Trigger. You should be in recovery, then go to configuration and set game folder homebrew to 1.5 kernel. Exit from recovery and run the M33UPDATE. Affter it has finished you will be left with another M33 in the game section, run the newly create M33 program to go to M33.
If you search you'll never have to ask questions again! GOOGLE

..*SHouldve picked up the Phone..Couldve been sony :S*.
