    are you serious? Loads of people have said the slim batteries don't work in the fat psp. Are you sure it wasn't a fat battery, but you were just high so you thought it was slim?

    Yeah you can run them as iso's or whatever, but why would you want to? They run better and look more shiny on the XMB as an EBOOT, they are very simple to make.
    Don't know what's up with everyone and there PSP Firmware life as there sigs, but hey, why not, I don't have any fancy quotes or shiny picture :-P

    2.80 -> 3.52 -> 3.70 -> 3.71 -> 1.50 -> 3.52 M33-4 -> 3.71 M33-4 -> 3.80 M33-5

    Downgraded and installed Custom Firmware on 4 PSPs so far...

    i dont think you can run ps1 games as using the iso. i do believe you have to convert them to eboots to play

    I've never used timemachine, but [my guess] is that timemachine installs the flash subsets onto your memory stick, and runs it via timemachine program, it doesn't actually flash the firmware to your motherboard. While you're still right, technically means the slim cannot run any firmware it'd like without emulating it of some sort.
