I have a 3.50 OFW and a pandora battery,is it possible for me go direct to 3.70m33 or i need to downgrade back to 1.50.PLz help here.

With the Pandora battery you can go straight to 3.71 M33 depending on what type of Pandora battery you have. But, to get CFW you don't need a Pandora battery. You got 3.50 right? You can use other forms of downgrading...
