Help to downgrade 3.03 with Lumines

Could some one please tell me that, is this possible to update my current firmware (3.03) to 3.5 and using the Lumines to downgrade it to 1.5 ?

Because on the document I found. They just suggested to use Lumines's based downgrader for PSP with firmware from 3.1-3.5. For 3.03 and below, they suggested to use GTA ...

if you have 3.03 you can use GTA, but if you have Lumines and not GTA then upgrade to 3.5 and downgrade with lumines
