bite the bullet!! first time firmware help

i used to be addicted to my psp wheni first bought it as it had a custom firmware already on it (3.03oe-a), then newer games stopped workin on it. i was always scared of upgrading it as i have heard of them being bricked, needing to be downgraded first or different models of psps needing different upgrades etc can any body point me in the right direction as i dont have a clue yet with psps i used to mess around a bit customising my xbox and its surprising what can be done to games consoles these days using some of the homebrews people make, anyway what i just wanna know is how to upgrade my machine and which is the best upgrade to use! many thanks

Just use the network update on the psp.

ahm. my bad. i don't know how to upgrade OE firmwares to 3.52 m33.

i only know how to upgrade 3.52 m33-4 to newer firmwares.

i reccomend dont try it unless ur expierienced i have bricked and then unbricked 3 psp
