GTA working yet?

You know CLMT..i was watching the PDP HACKING VIDEO EPISODE 10 with ragable and pox or whatever their names are...and they have a way of taking all the files of the 2.5 firmware and launching it on 1.5=firmware launcher. And i was thinking..why not get the files that support AVC. Since eventually all the new games will require AVC format..why can't they just take the AVC supporting info and launch it on 1.5 and then you get all the newer games on 1.5?

Well i already got 2.5 to run and it works fine i just dont know how to get avc support. Its runs NFSMW, but when i put GTA in it turns off after like 15 seconds. But like i said i dont have avc support could someone pm me on how to get it.
