Error message. "The game could not be started. (80020148)"

so i've been fiddling with my psp slim. its 3.80 ofw. and i just got it. im trying to make it play ps1 games on it and so far i have to roms i desire. and i just hardmodded my battery by taking out the 5th pin. and now it wont start unless i plug it into the wall. turn it on and then put in battery and unplug.
the whole pandora thing is tripping me out. i've found literally GIGs of crap out there on everything but i have yet to find something that mentions the errors i have AND the reasons behind them. im trying to install cfw but its not working. benn searching for the last week with no progess on my psp just more and more files downloaded. can anybody help.
a few issues are...
-when i turn it on the green light comes on but it doesn't do anything.
-i get a The game could not be started. (80020148) message
-i get a The game could not be started. (8002014C) message.
i have a xp computer and a cable for my psp. it sonnects fine but i'm getting frustrated.

You probably have to remake the MMS but first try this on your slim,it came from hercules tut.

if you have a slim, and the green light is on, but the screen is black, dont worry, you are okay! i went thru the same problem, then about

two weeks later a found the soultion...take out the battery, hold down the L button, insert the battery (while still holding down the L

button) once your lights blink like crazy, then it worked...

use PSP GRADER to make the MMS. ytour pandora battery is ok. try this out and let us know

i would recomend reinstalling your cfw, use the cat50 link in my sig to make a different mms
