Okay, so I modded my battery into a Pandora and when I was cutting the sides I made a very tiny gash in the silver, it lit on fire a little, and also smoked alot. But, it still worked a good while afterwards.
I can play games and everything just fine with the AC adapter.
When I put the battery in my PSP with the AC, the little power light blinks amber, the battery seems fried, is there anything I could do to test it and or fix it?

Put it ouside over night, if it hasn't caught fire by morning it's probably safe to put in the garbage can. Li-Ion batteries demand respect - Once you cut the foil they're nothing but a ticking time bomb waiting to go off. DO NOT try to use it or save it in any way, there is absolutely positively no way to fix it.

That works too...Just don't try to charge it regardless of what cells you use, Li-ion charging is incompatible with NiMH and NiCad.

So when the video showed the AC plug for the psp, it had a piece of paper over the cord. And it never showed that plug actually attached to the battery holder. =\

I know it is completely possible with the voltage of the batteries, but the person on the video just didn't really do it.

Yes, it is completely possible to RUN the psp off of other battery technologies...However, it's a SUICIDAL idea to try and mix CHARGING technologies. The psp is Li-Ion...If you replace the cell with another Li-Ion cell, you're set - Otherwise, don't try to charge it with the psp.
